Sulphur free paper
Sulfur-free paper is a special paper for PCB surface treatment process. Its function is to avoid the chemical reaction between silver and sulfur in the air. Used to isolate or package the product.
Sulfur-free paper can play a role of isolation to prevent the copper layer below the silver layer from reacting with oxygen in the air.
